Bzak Warranty Policy
The warranted plant(s) will be replaced with the same plant (size and specimen subject to availability) as long as proper care is evident, and the PLANTING AND WATERING GUIDELINES WITHIN THE WARRANTY PAMPHLET were followed.
If the same or similar plant(s) are unavailable, or if the customer so chooses, Bzak Landscaping may issue a gift card in the value of the original purchase. NO CASH REFUNDS.
“Proper care” includes watering, fertilizing, applying insecticide, etc.
The original receipt, along with the warranty pamphlet and the plant purchased must be present to receive a replacement (we may choose to inspect plant(s) as deemed appropriate by our Garden Center).
Replacements are provided ONE TIME per item purchased for up to one year after purchase date.
This warranty DOES NOT APPLY to Annuals, Tropical Plants, House Plants, Bulbs, Grasses, Perennials and other non-hardy varieties, or plants planted in containers.
This warranty DOES APPLY to Winter-Hardy plants such as Trees, Evergreens, Shrubs and Roses.
It is best to report any problems with your plant AS SOON AS IT IS DISCOVERED! We may be able to offer solutions to revive the plant, saving the trouble of digging up and replanting!
